Hola Mis Amigos! How was all of your week? I don't have a ton of time to write but here are some points: - I got sick half way through the week, so every time I ate something I thought I was gonna throw up. This lasted for about 4 days, and is still kind of happening.  - It was the hottest its been in Mexico since I got here. Haha so for all those that know me, lets just say my white shirts are kinda gross.  - I COMMITTED SOMEONE TO BE BAPTIZED IN SPANISH! Antonia and her sister Ingrid said yes when I asked them to be baptized, first they said yes and second they understood me. - An tonia came to church this Sunday and she loved it. She said it was really beautiful. - We saw some brothers working outside so we went to offer to help. They were a little confused but said yes. So for a hour we helped them and then their mom talked to us of a bit and they want us to come teach them. So that is the power of SERVICE! Thank you for your ...

Hola Mis amigos!! We had some many Milagros this week or really miracles!!!! We started this week off with like nobody to teach and like the three people we were teaching weren't home or didn't have time.  But first Miguel. His a 11 and we found him while contacting. When we asking to teach him his grandma basically begged us to come inside and teach! It was amazing. He actually contributed to the lesson and wants to learn more. That day was amazing. He also wants to come to church! So we are super happy about that! Antonia is 15 but she looks like she is 9. A lot of Mexicans look super young, so when I tell them I am 19 they freak out because they thing I am 22. So that is nice to know that they think I am super old. But she has said she wants to meet with us but she doesn't have time or isn't home. But we went this week and she was there and we read the Book of Mormon with her! We talked about how the book of Mormon takes place her in America and she r...

Service Gets Your Wallet Stolen Hola Mis Amigos!!! Hows everyone's week going!  Well this week was crazy like always haha. I just have a couple stories. One, we are teaching this youth named Angel. He was actually baptized before I got here but not confirmed. So we had to keep teaching him till he got confirmed. But one day we got to his house and him and his younger sister had no food or water. So Elder MAcedo said we would go buy them some. Which I dont know if thats allowed, but hes the trainer so I followed. We left our stuff there. When we came back our stuff was outside the house, when we left it inside. So we left and then went to buy some water for ourselves because its hotter than hades here so we sweat a ton and drink a ton too. We went to get his wallet and it wasnt there. So we checked the house and the other stores. And then realized that Angel or someone in his family stole my companions wallet. Haha we hope he didnt but we are pretty sure he did. Se...

Hola mis Amigos!!!!! Sorry I missed a week last week and didnt email some of you back this week has been full of emtions and full of changes.  Ok first of all my mission president is the best, but man he loves changes so much. We have the regular 6 week tranfers where regular changes happen. But the we also have transfers in the middle of regular transfers. And then sometimes there are special changes that he does whenever he wants. Haha so its sometimes a little crazy.  Ok so my first area was Chahuites, its very poor and very small but has amazing people. My house was a concrete block. The area was dirt roads and basically mango farms. Everyone there works during mango season just cutting mangos off the trees, even the kids before they go to school. In Chahuites they have these things called motos, the are little moto taxis that you can take around the city which was really nice. The other thing they had was horses and carriages. Haha I felt like a poineer when I ...
